I just stumbled across a great menu planning site called Menu in a Box - 100 day Meal Planning Kit.

The 20 week meal plan was created by a mom with 2 kids under 2. All the meals are fast, and family friendly. Best of all you not only get 20 weeks worth of dinners, but also shopping lists for each one of those weeks.
