There is no need to go out and buy a stencil kit for carving your pumpkin.
Here is a list of free printable stencils, featuring some of your child’s favorite characters:
Nick Jr. Stencils featring Dora, Diego, Blue’s Clues, Yo Gabba Gabba and more!
Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella Stencils from Huggies (We are doing the castle)
More Disney Pumpkin Stencils Winnie the Pooh, Tigger Mickey, Minnie, Snow White, & Goofy
Mickey Mouse Head and Castle Stencils
Thomas the Tank Engine Stencil
Halloween Themed (non character) Stencils from Family Fun
Hershey’s Halloween Pumpkin Stencils Bats, spider, witch, ghost
Safety is most important when carving your pumpkin. Have your little one help you will the scooping so they do not feel left out when you are doing the actual carving. Use battery powered “candles” to prevent burns and fires. We use the Glade Wisp Flameless Candles in our big pumpkin. You can take these out of their glass container and still use them in smaller pumpkins. When Halloween is over, you still have a nice smelling flameless candle to use in your home.
