		<description>I bought a press that makes those pockets from Pampered Chef years ago.  I think they may still sell them and it is worth its weight.  I make them with chicken salad and bake it a few..  was an old pamp. chef. recipe I could share if asked!  :-)  
Baking it a few min. sort of toasts the bread on the outside.  The chicken salad tarts as they are called are a huge hit at showers and parties for adults too!</description>

		<description>Try adding a third layer to the sandwich of saltine crackers, right in between the peanut butter and the jelly. It adds a nice crisp to it.</description>
