My favorite character is Cookie Monster…well and Snuffleupagus (only because of his name…I could never say it) I remember watching Sesame Street as a child. My boys love watching it too, their favorite character is Cookie Monster!

I loved Grover growing up. I also remember the Ladybug picnic. I lived close to my gradeschool growing up, so I’d walk home for lunch and watch Sesame Street. Of course my girls love Elmo!

My favorite Sesame Street memory was when my mother dressed my twin brother and I up for halloween as Ernie and Bert. Ahh – the good old days. Plastic face masks that reaked of chemicals!

I had a Sesame Street 45 record player and all the seasame street records when I was little. THere were such classics as “C is for cookie”, and “it’s not easy being green.” I loved them. To this day, “sing” is my favorite song and I sing it to my baby boy all the time.

Brianna October 1, 2008 at 6:56 pm

When I was little I watched Sesame Street every day. I actually learned my ABC’s from the show. My mom didn’t know that I knew them until she caught me in the middle of the night in my little brothers crib with him up in my arms singing my “ABC’s”. I was only two and he was a couple of days old at the time. My favorite character was always Elmo and now my son loves him.

kim October 1, 2008 at 7:13 pm

My favorite thing from Sesame Street is the song that Ernie sings- “I don’t want to live on the moon”. I have loved it since I was little. When my first was born I looked up the lyrics and it has become a favorite lullaby for both of my kids.

Connie October 3, 2008 at 3:45 am

My sis & I loved Grover growing up and now it is so sweet to see my little one in love with Elmo and Grover! She even has the same book I did as a child….The Monster at the End of the Book, Starring Loveable Furry Old Grover!!!

Amy October 3, 2008 at 7:19 am

This looks like a great new product and my 2 year old would love it (as I am sure the 4 and 6 year old would). Super cute!

Tiffany October 3, 2008 at 3:24 pm

My fav would have to be cookie monster but followed closely by Oscar – who doesn’t love a unlovable grouch in a trash can? LOL My son is just starting to get “into” the SS stuff but he gets a laugh out of cookie monster eating the letters of the day! I’m sure he’d love to build stuff – this is definately something to look into!

Sung Hee Cho October 3, 2008 at 8:55 pm

My favorite character was Cookie Monster. My daughter would love this set. Thanks.

Fran October 4, 2008 at 10:35 am

My Grandfather and I loved Big Bird. When I was little I found a little Big Bird toy and gave it to my Grandfather. He was a pilot and took Big Bird on all of his flights from that day forward. It meant the world to me.
My son actually has this set on his Christmas list!

Sky October 4, 2008 at 12:11 pm

Grover is one of my favorites. As kids we had the book “The Monster at the End of This Book.” How I love reading that story. My mom has given me the copy that we had as kids and has since bought copies for my 3 younger brothers. I love reading this book to my children and hope that someday they will love reading it to theirs!

i grew up watching cookie and Ernie (my favorites because of their unique laughs)..but the power and facination of the S Steet lives on in my 12 month old son! At 6 months, he literally stopped in his tracks and memorized when he”watched” Elmo when he was cooking w/ Paula Deen on paula’s party!

sarah October 4, 2008 at 3:38 pm

My sister learned to tie her shoes by watching Sesame Street. I love hearing my parents tell that story.

Naomi October 4, 2008 at 5:31 pm

I love the two headed monster who sounds out the words. He’s kind of old school, but I always thought he/they were so cool!

Melonie October 6, 2008 at 8:43 am

My 3 year old has always been an elmo fan. But he’s loving the ABC videos now with all the old school characters and songs!

My favorite memory is just giggling like crazy about Snufalufagus (sp?) and how no one but Big Bird could see him! At the time, as a child, I thought this was hugely funny. Now as an adult I think, poor Big Bird!!! LOL

When you are in not good state and have got no money to move out from that point, you will have to receive the credit loans. Just because it would aid you emphatically. I take short term loan every time I need and feel myself good just because of this.
